¥ Remove the granule bin.

¥ Undo the motor screws (A) lightly, 4 pcs.

¥ Adjust the belt tension by increasing/reducing the distance of the motor to the

cutter pulley, using the motor adjustment screws (B), 2 pcs.

¥ Tighten the motor screws (45 Nm torque)

¥ If the belt tension is adjusted, the belt need to be re-checked after 20 - 30 hours

at full load.

7.4 Lubrication

Cutter housing

The bearings in the cutter housing are permanently greased, and do not need greas-

ing in normal circumstances.
